ROOFING

If you would like to change your roof, the application process is outlined as follows:
1. Please review the KWHOA roofing amendment for guidelines
2. You may see samples of roofing products, and examples of these used in the surrounding neighborhood: Roofing Examples
3. Please send a description / photo of your new roof (eg. product info, your roofing bid, or photo from website) to the KWHOA Secretary
4.
We will review your application and respond to you ASAP.

PETS


Dogs are required to be on a leash in all public areas unless in designated off-leash parks. 
Dogs are not allowed to run at large, urinate, defecate, or wander on others' property.
It is a violation to permit any animal to cause unreasonable noise disturbance to neighbors at any time by repeated barking or other sounds which may be heard beyond the boundary of the owner's property.

TREES The City of Lake Oswego has specific tree removal regulations (please refer to the City's website). Removal of any tree over five inches in diameter is required to go through a permit process.

DOOR-TO-DOOR SOLICITATION Solicitation (by "for-profit" and "non-profit") within the City of Lake Oswego requires a business license. Residents may prohibit solicitation through the posting of a sign. "No Solicitation"signs may be purchased from the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce for $5.00. (Location of L.O. Chamber of Commerce: 459 3rd Street; Phone: 503-636-3634.) BOATS, TRAILERS, TRUCKS, CAMPERS, COMMERCIAL VEHICLES These shall not be parked or maintained in the property. EXTERIOR SOUND SYSTEMS Those that create noise beyond the property lines are prohibited.


OUTDOOR STORAGE of trash, building materials, equipment, garden supplies, etc. in unscreened areas is prohibited.
